Monitor activity and usage
Two admin pages tell you what your team is doing, with one clean boundary between them: the Activity Overview shows counts — what happened, how much, by whom — and never shows credit figures. Credit figures live on the Usage page, and the wallet balance on the Super Admin’s Billing page. All three sit in the sidebar group Usage & Control.
Activity Overview — the counts
Section titled “Activity Overview — the counts”Open Activity Overview, pick a time window (24h · 7d · 30d · All), and optionally scope to a single workspace. Its six tabs cover team health (Overview), operation counts and popular tables (Usage), what people ask (Themes), adoption (Users & workspaces), the raw operations feed (Log), and execution traces (Traces).
Operation counts cover at most the last 90 days. For the full tour of every tab, see Activity log.
The Usage page — the credits
Section titled “The Usage page — the credits”Open Usage (its page title is “Usage & billing”). Everything here is measured in credits, always as billed figures: the Usage this cycle and Credits remaining tiles, a Cost flow view of what drove spend, and a Cost explorer you can group by user, model, or mode. The deep dive — including buying credits — is Usage & billing.
Counts vs credits — who sees what
Section titled “Counts vs credits — who sees what”- Every Admin: activity counts, on the Activity Overview.
- Admins with billing access: credit breakdowns, on the Usage page.
- Super Admin: the wallet balance and purchases, on the Billing page — see Govern AI spend.
The “Credits remaining” tile on the Usage page and “Total available credits” on the Billing page report the same wallet balance.
